Judges at the UK Supreme Court have unanimously ruled that a woman is defined by biological sex under equalities law.
It marks the culmination of a long-running legal battle which could have major implications for how sex-based rights apply across Scotland, England and Wales.
The court sided with campaign group For Women Scotland, which brought a case against the Scottish government arguing that sex-based protections should only apply to people that are born female.

Male tapists who were arrested were refered to as women by the press and got assigned to female prisons.

There was the erasure of woman.
Erasing the words woman and mother is not inclusive
The very words we use to describe ourselves as a sex class are being erased. In media reports, in health campaigns, in human rights organisations, we are seeing the replacement of “woman” or “women” with terms like “menstruator“, “uterus-haver” or “people with a vagina“. Women tell us that they find this dehumanising, not inclusive. Our concern is that it blurs legal issues such as sex discrimination. This can only set women’s equality back. There is no upside for women in losing the words we need to talk about our bodies, our needs and our rights.

Police would show up to people’s houses because they had misgendered someone or said something in social media.
Kate Scottow was arrested in 2018 and taken into custody for referring to a transwoman as a man and some other choice terms.

The fact that society was taken over by a mania and the women fighting it were subject to denunciation has not been overlooked.

Single-sex spaces, many of which exist for very good and very obvious reasons, were threatened by this gender woo-woo and public bodies, such as the NHS and the prison service, were captured by magical thinking of the most absurd kind. Far from “being kind” this was simply “being stupid”.
For a long time they were dismissed and slandered as ladies of a certain age and disposition whose concerns could only be rooted in bigotry. Hateful bag ladies, really, out of touch with the new reality and the kind of people who should have no place in the beautiful new Scotland of impeccably progressive and impossible thinking.
Well, they were right and their mighty opponents wrong and vindication is a dish to be enjoyed at any temperature.

That was true yesterday, and it will be true tomorrow.”
Powell takes away the agency of Scottish women and slanders them, and everyone who in the UK fought against this trans excess, by attributing their victory to an American right-wing religious group, Alliance Defending Freedom. She also engages in trying to make the fight for women’s rights as enabling “far-right political groups.” She stated:
This effort has allowed them to find common cause with U.K. feminists, and even queer activists, to weaken the idea of human equality and to gain the legitimacy required in the public imagination to make today’s ruling be widely accepted. And it strengthens their affiliation with far-right political groups and parties such as Reform UK.”

The law required so many women on boards of different agencies and they were putting trans women on the board and counting them as women.
It’s not clear how far-ranging the Court’s ruling will be: As the Associated Press reported, it will likely affect Scottish trans people’s ability to serve on the boards of public bodies. Other effects are still up in the air, but numerous sections of the decision are nonetheless chilling and could be far-ranging, legal researcher Jess O’Thomson explained on U.K. LGBTQ+ news site QueerAF on Wednesday.
“There’s no easy way to put it - this decision is terrible for trans people. I have no doubt it will be used as a rallying point for even further attacks on our rights,” Thomson wrote. “We’re yet to see how all of this will play out in practice, but it seems clear that this won’t just hurt the trans community.”
The article tries to come up with problems and also tries to say it might not mean what it plainly means.
What next?
It is time Gays move forward and push back against aggressions against our community.
The Democrats will soon figure out that they need to get out of being dominated by trans extremism or be a permanent minority party or even cease to exist as people decided to form a new party for liberal causes unencumbered by trans extremism.
The entire trans power structure is now falling apart as it loses funding from the federal government and actions are starting to be taken against it.
The great majority don’t believe in trans extremism, they were just intimidated into silence.
Further, all those who collaborated with trans extremism need to go.
Now will be a good time to get this ban reversed.
