Police released a photo of a suspect, named as 21-year-old Abdul B., who officials said is known to be a “radicalized” member of “Islamist circles” in Berlin.
Abdul B. had previously been sentenced to one year and 10 months in prison in Berlin, he said, which was commuted to parole. He did not say what the sentence was for.

Conclusion
Stop being soft on terrorism against Gays.
The police can’t have half-way security. They guarded the parade in Berlin, but not the ways participants would to use.
In sentencing for terrorism and crime the penalties need to be chosen to protect the public. There shouldn’t be a history for the perpetrator of previous crimes and paroles and short sentences and pardons putting these persons who are dangers to the public back on the street.
There needs to be close monitoring of persons sympathetic to terrorism.
Denaturalization needs to be considered.
Organizations supporting terrorist activities need to be shut down.
The Gay community needs to be tough on the politics accomodating Muslim homophobia.
This needs to be done in an orderly deliberative way. Abusive behavior drives radicalism. A lot of Muslims are in America to escape radical Islamic policies.
