CASH FLOW: TRANSING THE GAY AWAY, MONETARY INCENTIVES FOR FINDING DYSPHORIA
On the basis of this one article, I am not going to conclude there is a movement to trans Gays, but I am concerned. I am not saying there isn’t a movement to trans Gays either. I am in the phase of gathering information.
It seems that there are some clinicians who are pushing trans onto vulnerable children. When I was coming out there were anti-Gay psychiatrists, and they could be dreadful, but your body wasn’t permanently harmed. This report in the Guardian is concerning.
Social welfare workers, counselors, psychologists can be little bundles of ideology and I can see them pushing trans onto teenagers who are Gay. Whether this is occasional, or common I don’t know.
I think that the issue of the cash flow needs to be looked at. If the gender affirming care clinician says you are Gay, and there doesn’t need to be gender therapy, then what is the cash flow? The incentives for deciding it is gender dysphoria are fairly powerful. To keep a center open there has to so many cases. Whether some will be laid off or hired will be dependent on the number of cases.
What likely happens, is that they will look at the percentages of incoming and the percentages of each therapist diagnosing as dysphoric and one therapist will have the lower percentage and the question will be raised as to why. It may be the case that there will be no instruction or question that the therapist with low percentages is biased towards not finding dysphoria, but there will be a discussion as to whether he is over-looking dysphoria. It will be all under the heading of clinical accuracy and entirely without acknowledgement of the cash flow implications.
The percentage of those found to be dysphoric by the clinician with the low percentage diagnoses will very likely go up.
During all this, none of the clinicians necessarily will be conscious of applying pressure to push dysphoric diagnosis. To them it will be reviewing practices and having an improvement program for greater accuracy. Self-delusions are the most powerful.
On the other hand, there are likely those who do indeed have gender dysphoria, but I think that there needs to be safeguards and there needs to be independent monitoring of the percentage of people de-transitioning and other reporting. I think there needs to be some type of liability for reckless gender dysphoria diagnoses.
mRNA HIV VACCINES ARE GETTING STARTED
I am going to be updating the HIV Vaccine news page with these articles. After years of failures, the mRNA technology offers real possibilities of effective vaccines. This I believe will become an issue related to transmen demanding sex from Gay men as I will explain in this essay. The general presence of social workers tends to press social worker attitudes and academic conceptualizations of Gays onto the Gay community will have an impact on how HIV vaccines will have in the discussions of what safe-sex should be or whether there needs to be safe sex practices.
These are the news studies. Mostly just Phase I to test for safety, but there is a possibility of efficacy information being gained.

I created a general HIV vaccine info page to be updated as there is progress on a vaccine. Also, a HIV cure page and a HIV writings page with my writings. To find all of these pages, I created a general HIV page. I put the links to the pages at the end of the newsletter.
One thing to consider is that when there is a vaccine and cure for HIV, Gays won’t have to be wearing condoms during sex anymore. Of course, this will need to be done with transmen. Again, pregnancy is going to be an issue clearly separating transmen from Gays and even more so with the advent of HIV vaccines.
PUSHING ASEXUALS ONTO GAYS – NOT SAME SEX ATTRACTED BY DEFINITION
Asexuals claim they aren’t anti-sex yet this article talks about “hypersexualized society.”
https://www.lgbtqnation.com/2022/02/dating-asexual-person-101-ace/
The article is based on the assumption that a Gay man who isn’t asexual would want to choose an asexual person over the many other possibilities out there of men who do desire sex. The article is based on the idea that this is a real issue for a Gay man, that is there are Gay men out there asking a question, how can I date asexuals.
The reality is that most Gay men would want to know, is how do I make sure I don’t get involved with an asexual, especially since asexuals don’t reveal their identities upfront and will have sex with a Gay man initially to avoid that reveal.
The Alphabet Soup is basically anti-sex in that they push relationships with the idea that sexual desire is not important and is a problem. They are also basically anti-Gay in that they see Gay men as a group that can be used and exploited for their own agenda.
INTERSEX IS AN IDENTITY WHERE THEY ARE REDUCED TO THEIR GENITALS
Intersex is okay as an identity, where you reduce them to their genitals, but when Gay men don’t want to date transmen, they are supposed by bad by supposedly reducing the transman to their genitals.
SOME TRANSMEN IMAGINE GAY LIFE LIKE FUJOSHI DO
I watch East Asian Gay movies and if they are not too obnoxious some of the East Asian BL (Boy’s Love) movies. This is an East Asian use of English, they are romances taking place between university male students typically. They are comical in some ways, in that they don’t kiss until several episodes in, and sex, if it happens is many episodes into the series. Fans of this genre imagine that these are romances between straight guys whose love is not driven by carnal desire and hence purer. However, the audience for these novels has changed over the decades and so now sometimes they are pansexual, bisexual, gay or it is left indefinite. Korean BL usually have the guys be definitely Gay or Bi. Thai and Taiwan BL is generally less grounded in reality.
The male actors in this genre are mostly straight. They do kiss though and some physical stuff. There is a lot of scenes where they are romantic and stare into each other’s eyes.
These BL stories basically are romances projected onto two men to be read by women who are called fujoshi (rotten girls). Having the romance be that of two men, the romance and any sexuality involved isn’t threatening to these women. This has some bad consequences. Some of the print manga BL’s involve rape and since it is projected onto two men the female readers don’t find it threatening and more than a few like it.
What is interesting is that when reading some comments by transmen I realize that they have expectations of Gay life to be more like a BL movie or series.
Also, in reading the writing urging or trying to shame Gay men into having sex with transmen, I think that this is the idea of a BL novel, that love and romance is everything and carnal desire is nothing.
Also, what is concerning is that perhaps some fujoshi think that being a transman is a way of entering a BL world. I have not indication that this is true, just wondering.
NEXT CHAPTER IN MY BOOK –
I want to write about the issue that Gay people have such limited expectations on being respected and how they tolerate abuse, but I am not entirely sure if that is the next chapter.
But perhaps the reason for why Gay people need to have greater expectations for themselves and be intolerant of abuse needs to come first. It might be seen as an obvious given thing, but I think that understanding how we lose out when we don’t have expectations needs to be spelled out.
I also haven’t had time for writing. My proposal for a chapter in a book in a cultural book has been accepted and I am busy with that and preparations for a local protest.
SAFE SEX AFTER AN HIV VACCINE IS FOUND.
You can assume that the Alphabet Soup will be seeking an excuse to have Gays wear condoms even after an HIV vaccine and cure is found. This essay was published earlier.
The essay is online here.
