Fujoshi mentality and a person reading East Asian “Boys Love,” which is a Japanese term for men who have a romance but aren’t necessarily Gay. Transman is dysphoric because, “I will never have a penis that works exactly the same as a cis penis.” “Exactly” seems to be the wrong word to use here. The whole thing is that the reality or even BL media reminds transman that he isn’t a real man.
There are Gay guys who aren’t bullied by the LGBTQXYZ establishment and are telling it like it is and this upsetting the transman.

Transman discovers that transman has been used by straight guy when it becomes totally undeniable. This is a repeating topic on this subreddit. The straight guy is revealed as a straight guy, they never had any same-sex or same-gender relationship, and the straight guy has lost interest in pretending. There are a lot of transmen who are desperate and it often doesn’t take much to fool them.
