Bluesky has a feature where individual users can create something called a "Starter Pack" that's a list of subject specific accounts you can follow (or in some cases block) all at once. I've checked and there isn't one just for gay artists (though there is one for gay and bara artists accounts). If you'd like, I can put one together tonight with the accounts you've amassed.
