Dems upset I discuss their failures about Gay community needs. Art. Mpox. Censorship. Gay Men's London Conference.
No favorites. Not going to hide anything. Fighting for Gays, not your political party or movement.
Subscriptions are free.
This is a politically non-partisan newsletter, it is Gay partisan.
It is going to be an even more intense maelstorm of partisan politics in the coming year. I am committed to being non-partisan. I am going to report it from a Gay perspective.
This newsletter isn’t going to be supporting any movement or political party without critically asking whether a specific thing is beneficial to Gays.
I mean specific thing. So if a political party does something beneficial to Gays I am going to report it, but if the same political party does something bad for Gays, I am reporting that also.
Also, no favorites. If someone is doing something that is bad for Gays then I am calling it out. No one and nothing will get a free pass.
During the 1970s and 80s when Gays were badly treated by socialist regimes, Gay Marxists would have a fit when it was pointed out and people were accused of being agents for reactionaries. I suppose some were. However, that didn’t mean that the socialist regimes, in particular Cuba, weren’t badly homophobic.
My goal is to form a Gay centric movement. Some type of movement where we recognize a set of common Gay concerns and seek to pursue it.
If you are a member of another movement and that is your priority, that is your choice and right. We are Gay, but we are also embedded in society. However, it has to be acknowledged that you prioritize something else and you can’t represent it as being identical to the Gay movement.
What I am not going to do is allow anyone’s non-Gay agenda or partisanship get in the way of me reporting the Gay agenda and reporting who or what is against the Gay agenda.
This newsletter’s agenda is to build a Gay movement and part of that is getting Gays to critically evaluate other movements in regards to Gay concerns.
Mpox status.
No new Clade 1B cases outside of Africa. It is continuing to spread in Africa so there are more places it can leave on an airplane to someplace outside Africa.
I got my 2nd shot last week, Jan. 1, 2025. Was sort of sick for three days afterward. I am going to discuss this, because my experience really shows the lack of concern of the LGBTQXYZ Dems over real Gay concerns.
Brought the directory post for mpox up to date.
The LGBTQXYZ+ doesn’t care about Gay health. They are preoccupied with the trans agenda. My story of getting an mpox vaccination in Dallas, Texas.
I got my 2nd shot Jan. 1, 2025. If the new strains in Africa get here, I am safe. They are being spread by other means than sexual contact there. Also, I wanted to set an example. If I am asking people to get vaccinated, I need to get vaccinated myself.
There is an important issue in the neglect of Gay needs by the LGBTQXYZ+ people, in Dallas this would be our local Stonewall Democrats. They have been on a campaign for trans medical interventions for young people. They don’t have any Gay medical concerns.
So this is the story.
I live in Oak Cliff, a part of Dallas which is south of the Trinity River which divides Dallas. I signed online up with a nearby Walgreens pharmacy to get my first mpox vaccination. I show up at the time for the appointment and I find out that branch doesn’t have the mpox vaccine. I asked then why was I allowed to make an appointment when they didn’t have it. They said they had reported the problem to corporate some time ago. Their reservation system has a bug.
So we have an obstacle to get Gays vaccinated for mpox. I think this is a concern that one of the major pharmacies has Gay people showing up to get vaccinated and they have a buggy system.
So I went to a CVS pharmacy north of the Trinity River and got my 1st shot. The CVS software told you where the mpox vaccine was available.
For my 2nd shot, I reserved at CVS nearby in Oak Cliff and when I showed up, they didn’t have it and they said that their software had a problem. Which I didn’t understand, since previously the software would tell me which place had or didn’t have the mpox vaccine.
So I waited since, I came down with some cold or virus and had to make a reservation for next week, and ended up making a reservation north of the Trinity River and on Jan. 1, 2025, I got my second shot.
So there are these issues.
[1] I paid a little over $350 USD each time, so getting vaccinated cost me over $700. Evidently Medicare and my Blue Cross doesn’t cover it. Supposedly the Biden administration is an ally of Gays?
[2] For the south half of Dallas, in Oak Cliff, it appears they don’t have mpox vaccine. This is a section of town with a high African American and Hispanic population, both groups which were over represented in the cases of mpox in 2022.
[3] The reservation systems of both Walgreens and CVS are defective. You are left to calling around or guessing where they might actually have the vaccine.
You would think that for groups that purport to have the concerns of Gays as their concern would be upset over all three issues.
So I posted on Facebook, Nov. 20, 2024, a warning to others the following after I showed up at Walgreens and they didn’t have the vaccine.
Walgreens will let you make an appointment for a vaccine at a store which doesn’t have it. Go to CVS.
Susie Hess, then president of the Stonewall Democrats, who is a straight women with a transvestite (trans) husband, a straight couple, posted this on my timeline. .
CVS requires “gender assigned at birth” for some reason and has no “decline to answer” or other option. That’s a Nope from me.
I am explaining how to get around the road block of showing up at the pharmacy and the pharmacy not having the vaccine and so you are not getting vaccinated for mpox and showing a work around so they can get vaccinated.
This barrier to getting vaccinated isn’t a concern to her, Susie Hess’ priority is trans ideology.
I did a comment in reply that it was critical to get Gay men vaccinated who hadn’t gotten vaccinated yet and explained why. No reply from Hess.
This is the modern LGBTQXYZ+ and the Stonewall Dems. Little concern about the issues of Gay men.
I think also they are also embarrased and don’t like Gay male sexuality. There is a hidden agenda to avoid issues related to Gay male sexuality.
Getting some cranky response from Dallas area Democrats over my holding our local Dem Congressional Rep. accountable.
They lost the election, all branches of government, but they think they can browbeat dissenting opinions. I finally got a letter back from Crockett, over a year late, in response to four letters about vital issues for the Gay community.
The reply from Crockett was totally not relevant to the letters and was basically some type of form letter with general sentiments. So I did this report on it.
The issues were as follows:
[1] Gays in foreign nations. I wanted to know if a Gay person in Uganda, given that they have a death penalty for Gays, could easily and rapidly asylum.
[2] A church in a suburb was calling for the government execution of Gays. I wrote a letter what could the federal government do about the safety of our community so we didn’t have a massacre in our Gayborhood.
[3] Millions of dollars of foreign aid shouldn’t go to homophobic groups. This was based on a major news report on huge amounts of foreign aid was going to homophobic religious groups in Africa.
[4] Preventing another mpox or other tropical disease epidemic. Also, included was the poor handling of the 2022 mpox pandemic, and that it was preventable, and it disproportionately impacted racial minorities.
You can read the letter, it is just a blah blah blah of nice sounding words and not relevant.
I stopped writing about other concerns since it became obvious I wasn’t going to get a response. The testing of the HIV mRNA vaccine was stopped needlessly some months ago by the FDA, but there was no point in writing her.

So calling Crockett out got a really cranky reply from a local Dem.
One of the problems the Gay community faces is Gay people who prioritize their movement over Gay concerns and get vicious when you criticize their favorite.
My reply. [Boldface added.]
You don't have an argument so you resort to a personal attack on me. In debate it is called "poisoning the well." Your arguments are basically toxic.
There are the concerns of the Democratic Party and there are the concerns of the Gay community. All too often now days some Gay political operative for the Democratic Party thinks they are the same and are dismayed that the entire Gay community doesn't think so.
The YouTubes with Crockett aren't assuring asylum to the Gays in Uganda who might need it. They aren't bring back from the dead, the 1,000 mpox victims in Africa. They aren't preventing millions of dollars going to homophobes in foreign nations. They aren't doing anything to make sure that there isn't a violent attack on Cedar Springs like there was recently in New Orleans. A clever YouTube video isn't keeping some homophobe from pretending to be a human rights advocate. There are other diseases around the world. So far the Gay community has faced HIV and mpox, with the lack of an aggressive police there will likely be a 3rd and 4th disease in the future of the Gay community. In the face of that, a clever YouTube video isn't really important.
How are my letters "screeds"? It is just a smear tactic by yourself. None of the letters are screeds and you don't quote them, you just engage in smears. The larger issue for those facing possible death in Uganda isn't the tone of my letters, but the horrible situations they face there. The issue isn't my personality, but people dying of mpox. There is a moral depravity in your smear.
The only "screed" here is the fussilage of name calling on your part.
Your letter is two faced. You assert that my letters asking for "personalized solutions to the issues I face," but also say "don't get me wrong, I believe your issues ARE relevant to all of us." Which is it?
Elected officials commonly acknowledge correspondance from constituents. It is standard practice. It is the accepted practice. How can constituents hold elected officials accountable if they don't express there concerns and evaluate replies.
Is there any documentation that any Democratic club raised the issues about the plight of Gays in Uganda, the neglect of mpox, the funding of vicious homophobes with foreign AID, and the other issues? Important issues are neglected, but when I raise them I get accusations of personality flaws. Note I use the word "documentation."
Finally, about how long you have lived in Texas, you said, "I am a gay man who has lived in Texas my whole life," doesn't make you a privileged voice. Issues are debated on their merits.
There are a lot of people who think they are advocates of the LGBT but they have ended up as being apendages of the Democratic Party. I expected that when the Democratic Party was faced with accountability they would throw a fit. And here you are.
My 2nd reply.
Also, the Democratic Party's failures have resulted in the current electoral catastrophe. I also notice there isn't any real self-reflection on why they have failed.
Having lost the election, I suggest smear attacks on those who have dissenting ideas is not your priority.
TikTok seems to be more effective in suppling Gay interest material. Plus Facebook and Instagram are constantly censoring.
So this appears to be good news. The more competition to Meta the better.

The pretext is that they are protecting children. This is an effort which includes feminist groups as well as Evangelical Christian groups.
The LGBTQXYZ+ won’t do anything about it for two reasons. One they generally are embarrassed by Gay male sexuality anyways and don’t want to be campaigning for adults to be able to get porn. The other major reason is that feminist groups are against it, and they have influence in both the LGBTQXYZ+ and the Democratic Party.
They won’t be stopping with the porn sites. They will move on to new targets.
National Center on Sexual Exploitation. They are targeting X. Notice they aren’t justifying it on religious groups. From their “Why We Exist” section.
Why We Exist
The National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) exists to build a world where people can live and love without sexual abuse and exploitation.

They claim there is a public health problem with pornography. From the section, “Public Health Harms of Pornography.”
Many users of pornography struggle with a compulsive need to consume pornography so powerful that it disrupts and destroys their professional and family lives.
Additionally, research shows that pornography performers suffer serious psychological and physical harms as a result of their involvement in pornography (see here, here, and here). Many have backgrounds of sexual abuse or get into the industry out of financial desperation. Exiting the pornography industry can be especially difficult as the stigma of having been involved in the industry can haunt women the rest of their lives (see here, here, and here).
In sum, pornography is a deeply damaging social influence that corrodes relationships, erodes the sensibilities and sexual freedom of consumers, and dehumanizes those used to make it.

Generally in the field of psychiatry or psychology the study usually proves the ideology of the psychiatrist or psychologist.
Meta Massacre continues.
About a half dozen artists added to Bluesky list.
I am not going to announce this list each week going forward since it seem it is going to be just a few each week.
Looking to showcase Gay artists.
It is free. I do the work. I just need permission to do it. The newsletter post of your art, reaches 744 subscribers as of this morning. I share it on social media. Then the post goes into this directory of posts which is a market place for Gay artists.

Dallas Downtown Map of Homophobic Churches.
These maps are upsetting local Dallas Gays who think that Gays should beg for acceptance.
Turns out that of the 8 of the 9 churches in the downtown area are homophobic. Click on image.
The notorious 1st Baptist Dallas of Robert Jeffries
This church is really appalling even compared to the nasty homophobic churches we have. Lots of local Gays and Lesbians specifically mentioned it when I announced by project to photography homophobic churches. Click on image.

This is something that is going to be important.
I am not saying that I agree with everything. But it is an attempt to have a Gay movement not embedded in an initialism (LGBTQXYZ+)
I found a place for their meeting in Dallas and paid for everyone’s meal.
I think they think I am a little radical or out there, but I don’t care. We need to be flexible in developing a Gay movement. I can’t promote a more demanding or critical Gay Male movement if there is no movement at all.
