An HIV vaccine doesn’t seem to be part of the social justice agenda.
As of the morning of 3/31/2025, the petition has had 136 views and only 6 signatures besides myself, but that includes social media to which I shared the petition and to the subscribers.
From Change.org itself, out of 116 views, there are 3 signatures as part of a campaign on Change.org.
This newsletter has over 830 subscribers, you would think I could get more signatures. An HIV vaccine is possible, but we are going to have to fight for it.

What is happening with mRNA technology and Trump. I don’t know.
I read that mRNA technology is in danger, but I also read that it is being approved for clinical testing by the FDA. I am still researching what is happening.
It would be something if we had to fly to another nation to get vaccinated against deadly pathogens.

I am really confused as to what is the policy of the U.S. government about mRNA technology. There are articles saying it is at risk. However, I am finding approval and support for mRNA technology by the U.S. government. So at this time I am still monitoring the situation.

With vital lifesaving treatments being possible with mRNA technology, people with clogging arteries and those who are at risk of fatal lung infections will demand mRNA technology be supported. Also, if the situation develops that the rich travel overseas to get mRNA treatments, and the poor die, the political force will be unstoppable for mRNA technology.

So, several years ago, researchers led by Matthew Tirrell, a chemical engineer at the University of Chicago, set out to see whether they could design nanoparticles to deliver copies of messenger RNAs for either KLF2 or PPLP3 to the errant cells. Their hope was that the messenger RNA messages would be read by the cells’ protein-building machinery and churn out copies of the proteins, restoring healthy function to diseased cells.

Went to the local Dallas Log Cabin Republican meeting and wrote up a report.
There is a Gay Republican subculture and so I am going to be reporting on it from time to time. One of the local Gay Republicans was a little cranky about this report, but facts is facts.
I didn’t agree with the ideology, but I did like the spirit of militancy, which Dallas lacks.
I cover the news in the community and it keeps in me in contact and some dialogue with different groups. I rewrote the post. Though they were militant, the group was mostly not Gay.
Local paper was giving Muslim homophobia a free pass. I did a report.
Still trying to utilize BLs to fight homophobia.
We need to use popular culture to fight homophobia and use new ways of fighting. There are more things we can do than the usual party politics, electoral politics, and stuff that doesn’t have an impact.
